Clothing: What colors look best on you? Don’t be afraid of bright colors. Make sure necklines and shoulders fit properly.

Eyeglasses: It is very important to reduce the chances of magnifications, reflection and darkening of lenses. If possible, remove lenses or borrow empty frames from your optician.

Makeup & Hair: Keep it simple. Cut hair at least a week before. Shave the morning of your portraits. An extra coat of mascara will give a longer, fuller look.

PROOFS, POLICY & TERMS

Proofs:  Firesteel Creek will provide high-quality proofs for examination. They are simply that, proofs. Each proof will be marked for copyright protection. From those proofs, clients will choose an image(s) they wish to purchase.

Proofs will be cropped to give the client the pest possible idea of what your final prints will look like. Proofs should be ready to view in approximately three weeks from the day of the shoot, depending on workload.

Policy: The liability of Firesteel Creek Photography is limited to only the refund of payments made. All prices are subject to change.

Terms of Payment:  The sitting fee is a professional fee that covers the cost of the photographer’s time and cost of materials involved in the actual sitting and must be paid the day the pictures are taken. This does not imply customer ownership of images. A $100.00 deposit or ½ of smaller orders is due when placing your order. The balance is due and payable upon completion of your order and must be paid before any part of your order leaves our company. You can expect delivery in about four weeks from the time you order. A 1.5% monthly service charge or an 18% annual rate will be added to all account balances 30 days after notification of order completion.
